Day 01 : Arrive in Cochin - Periyar
ITP representative receives you from Kochi Airport with warm welcome. Then you will be driven to Periyar. On arrival, check-in at Spice Village Resort. Visit the resident Ayurvedic Doctor (Vaidya) for consultation. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 02 - 08 : Ayurvedic Therapy at Spice Village
Have seven Days Ayurvedic therapy. The resident Vaidya after consultation plans your program and suggests your diet and the therapy commences in the right earnest. Please remember, you will not have to use alcohol, tobacco and other harmful items during this period for best result. You will have to strict vegetarian diet. The therapy involves various herbal massages, steam baths and yoga. If you follow all the directions of Ayurvedic doctor, you will come out totally relaxed and revitalized with a great feeling of wellness. Overnight will be at the resort.

Day 09 : Periyar
The Ayurvedic rejuvenation therapy is over. Now it is time to relax and allow your body to re-adjust after one week of massage and Ayurvedic treatment. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.


Day 10 : Periyar - Cochin
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Cochin, the economical capital of Kerala. On arrival in Cochin, ITP representative will transfer you to pre-booked hotel. Later proceed for Cochin tour visiting Jewish Synagogue, Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Dutch Palace, Portuguese Buildings, St Francis Church, Hindu Temples, Mosques, Chinese Fishing Nets, etc. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 11 : Departure from Cochin
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel. India Travel Partner will transfer you in time to Kochi Airport where you will board flight back to your home / onward destination.
